Places To Stay

There are several traditional hotels within an easy walk of the venue (a few blocks) and a few bed-and-breakfast types too. If you are into luxury, there are some really nice places nearby too, but it's a little bit of a drive.

All of the places within a mile are easy to walk. There is also a free trolley that runs every 15 minutes from the University of Virginia to the Mall, which goes right past several of the hotels (it goes down West Main Street). This is a good option for transportation.

Hotels

  • Omni Hotel -- a few blocks away, 4-star.
  • Hampton Inn & Suites -- about a mile west, on the trolley route. (900 W. Main Street, Charlottesville, Virginia, USA 22903 "At the University").
  • Red Roof -- just over a mile west, on the trolley route. (Sheeri says it's sold out now.)
  • Courtyard by Marriot -- just over a mile west, on the trolley route.

Bed-And-Breakfast

Luxury

These are all farther afield. And nice. And expensive.
