OpenSQL Camp is free.

To make this event free for attendees, we need sponsors. However, sponsorship is balanced with one of the key ideas of the conference: it is of, by, and for the community. To that end, we treat all sponsors equally:

• No "levels" of sponsorship -- everyone gets the same amount of credit
• The only requirement is a $250 minimum value contribution for organizations or businesses. For individuals, we will accept minimum $100 contributions.
• You get your logo and link on the wiki. You get your logo on an easel at the entrance.
• We'll introduce you or a representative on the first day of the Camp, and give you 15-30 seconds to talk to the crowd.

Technocation, Inc, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization, is serving as a proxy for funds.

• Send a check or money order to this address specifying the funds should be used for OpenSQLCamp
• Contact selenamarie@gmail.com and eday@oddments.org to provide a print-ready version of your logo (Vector image, please!)

We need donations (money or inkind) for:

• Space
• Extra chair rental
• Projector rental
• Food
  • Lunch on Saturday and Sunday
  • Breakfast and snacks
  • Water, Coffee, other beverages
  • Evening party/happy hour
• Shirts (if funds allow)
• Sticky notes, markers, other office supplies for making the Camp day run!
