Attendee List
Registration is free! To attend, all you need to do is sign your name at the end of the list below and join the mailing list (http://groups.google.com/group/opensqlcamp/). We have space for 150 people. You may put your company name and URL after your name if you wish. If you want a t-shirt, put your size and gender.
Also consider RSVPing to the Facebook event, which will help spread the word virally: http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=39923743618
If you're going to be there Sunday and you want food, we need to know. Put your name on Events/2008/SundayFood please.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE
Registration is free, but because we need an accurate headcount for the catering, you'll only get a t-shirt, bag and meals if you register by November 4th (deadline extended!) and join the email list. This is the cutoff date by which we will arrange for the breakfast, lunches and suppers. If you're not registered by then, you may get someone else's place if they're a no-show, but everyone who is registered by then gets preferential treatment.
For legal reasons, walk-in attendance will NOT be permitted. You MUST register.
